Character Name:- Kheitenn
Appearance:- A centaur. Kheitenn human half has shoulder length golden blonde hair, gold eyes and a light skin. Shi is pretty well muscled, but not extremely so.
Hir equine half is Palomino. It is nearly gold in colour, with a silver white tail
Shi is approximately 16 hands at the withers, about 8 feet tall to the top of hir head.
Character Age: Appears in hir late teens (Shi is 17)
Skills:
Fully ambidextrous, favouring neither hand or either side with hir hooves that can make hir a difficult character to fight. Shi tends to draw hir bow right handed though, only because that was the way shi was taught by hir right handed mother.
Shi tends to favour weapons over hir natural hooves, tending to keep hir hooves in reserve.
Shi is skilled with both longswords and longbows. Shi tends to dual wield longswords, and shi has little to no skill with a shield.
Hir most noticible skill though is that with hir bow. Shi hunts for a living and has exceptional skill with it, able to us it with great skill even while moving.
Shi has no skills with any armour as yet
Shi is a hunter/trapper by nature, at home in the woods, able to move at ease through the thickest of undergrowth, barely disturbing the undergrowth and a superb tracker.
Like hir mother, shi is also a good fletcher, capable of making both bows and arrows. Shi also has basic smithing skills, able to craft hir own shoes with access to a forge, and the metallic parts to traps that are a part of hir livlihood.
Perhaps suprisingly, shi can both read and write, and know basic numerancy.
Shi has an innate leaning to healing and natural magics, although shi knows none at the moment.
Wild Affinity, shi has spent so long in the woods, shi moves through them as a wild creature, accepted by nearly all the woods inhabitants as belonging there. The only ones that seem to fear and still attack hir are the bears, perhaps because they're almost as big as shi is perhaps because they're just so belligerent.
Description:-
Walking through the woods you sense something watching you, looking round you can see nothing and shivering a bit continue on. You stay a little unnerved, although it seems the presence watching you doesn't mean you any harm. Suddenley a large bear comes out the woods charging towards you. Before you can react an arrow whistles past you, burying itself in the bears neck. It staggers falling at your feet, turning you notice a beautiful young centauress behind you, a bow in her hands, two longswords strapped along her flanks, and a large skinning knife at her human waist. Before you can thank her, she smiles shyly at you and fades back into the forest, dissappearing rapidly from sight, barely leaving a trace of her passage.
Nicknamed ghost of the forest, there are many tales such as the one above about a mysterious graceful stranger that seems to defend those crossing the deepest dangerous part of the woods. The first tales appeared about 5 years ago, about a year after a trapper Niklona moved into the area, the only discrepency in the tellings is that the ghost seems to be getting older, from a young girl looking centaur to start, to one that appears on the verge of womanhood now. Niklona as always laughed at such stories, and as a deep chesnut mare, she doesn't match the description of the ghost. Niklona hasn't been seen lately though, ever since a loudmouthed group of humans passed near the village several months ago. Niklona was hiding a secret though, she knew the ghost, it was her daughter Kheitenn
Kheitenn lives mainly in the forest near the village, hir mother until recently a fairly common sight trading her skins and bows with the store. Hir mother though was recently killed by the bandits, and shi has been alone for several weeks now. Shi is completely at home in the forest, most wild creatures accepting hir as one of their own. Precisely why Niklona, as such a common sight and quite well known in the village never brought Kheitenn with her is not known. Kheitenn believes it to be because of hir sex, shi was picked on a lot before they moved to the area because of it, and thus is very shy about it. It seems likely though that Niklona had a reason beyond this, this reason though perhaps will never now be known.
Shi currently has no home, it having been burnt down in the raid by the bandits, fortunately the shi was able to save the fur storage shed, the contents being most of the value of goods shi has left now. The house, along with the workshop which included basic smithing supplies, was destroyed, meaning shi is unable to replace or repair any of hir traps that get damaged, or for that matter replace any shoes shi has lost. Shi has also kept most of the weapons and armour from the bandits, possibly hoping to trade them along with the furs.
((note colour reference for Kheitenn:- RFF Sun King , still working on an avatar picture))

Character Name: Twilight Flame
Appearance: A Centaur with brown hair tied back in a ponytail (no pun intended). His horse half is grey with a few whitish spots.
Character age: Early military.
Skills: He loves to farm, and because of growing up on one in the mountains (a bit of an oxymoron, but his family had one), he's gained strength and control. He is good with a blade, and very clean (he doesn't like blood).
Description: Flame loves farming. His family owned a wheat/oats farm in the mountains, but he moved down here after being enrolled in a minor war. He doesn't like hurting people, but can kill if the stakes are high. He hates greed, and will not do anything for any amount of money. He is a good friend who will stick up for you no matter what the consequences. He has a predisposition against humans, but very mild (due to them invading and killing half his village and burning his farm).

Hi everyone, I'm Dyoram, happy to be a new member here
Character Name: Dyoram
Appearance:
Above the waist, Dyoram is a somewhat middle aged male, looking to be somewhere in his low to mid thirties depending on who you ask. His hair is a deep red as is his beard, both of which are quite thick. His beard is braided into smaller tails that hang from his chin, his face oddly clean, while his hair hangs down in a single long tail almost to his equine half. His skin appears to be quite darkened at first, but when one sees his back it becomes apparent he's just been exposed to heat for a good portion
of his life. His upper body muscles are quite large and bulging, and though he is very slightly thicker than just his muscle, he has an unquestionable appearance of working strength, honed by productive exertion rather than sport. He sports a scar down his face beside his left eye as well as others over his chest and hands. These are almost universally the product of burns over his life of work.
Dyoram's equine torso is similarly as bulky as his upper torso, being that of a chesnut clydesdale that has definitely worked during its life. His flanks and legs are very well defined and honed, and he is every bit as big as one would expect a large workhorse to be. His tail is, oddly enough, the same deep red color that his human hair is, making him look almost uniform in color except for the white patches above his hooves. Dyoram's only real clothing to speak of is a large pack he carried where a saddle would have been on him, holding his tools and various other goods.
Character Age: 31
Skills:
Dyoram used to be an accomplished member of a smithing guild, being an accomplished fabricator and mechanician who worked for one of the most well known trade-groups in the land. He is educated in the fields of metallurgy and machine-craft, as well as having working knowledge of the many mathematics and chemistries and physics that govern these disciplines. He is literate, but not far beyond his chosen disciplines.
Fighting is not something he has been either educated in nor happy to participate, but his strength with his hammers and the occasional need to defend himself has made him into more than a passable fighter if the need arises. Due to his build, he is slow by every measure, but his ability to leap and charge combined with his enormous and hitting power make him more than a match for any who aren't purposely trained warriors.
Description:
Dyoram was a long-standing member of the Rykvaan Smithing Guild from the South-Western extremes of the continent, a location known for being heated more by the molten rock of unstable land than by the short days of the southern sun. After pursuing his craftsman dream for so very long, he has decided to find his way back to more hospitable places
where more of his kind roam, hoping to find some friends to care about along the way. Dyoram is a fairly quiet and very friendly soul, it takes a bit to anger him. He loves to hear from anyone willing to talk with him and strives to help those who he sees need it.
His attitude towards confrontation is somewhat different from most of his centaur brethren, in that he tries to avoid it at all costs. Wrong one who he cares about, and he will fly into a rage in a moment, but verbally abuse him and demand something of his, and more than likely he will give it to you to avoid offending you. He sees this as a fault and hates himself for it, but in the long run is pleased that this trait prevents him from truly wronging others, a feeling that he hates more than anything else.
Appearance:
Starting from the Earth up, Kritous has snow white feathers covering his massive hooves. The white ends at the top of the feathers and where the dark brown starts. His legs are thick and muscular, attached to a thick muscular frame about 15 hands high. The Clydesdale body ends to a young man's upper half. Both the equine and human halves are at an age right before their prime. His human torso looks strong, with muscles in heavy concentration around his arms, shoulders, and neck.
He seldom wears normal clothes, but in battle he always tries to wear his armor. It consist of a tough reptilian leather that covers his shoulders down to his elbows and a group of sections covering his midsection where the hide stops and the flesh begins, all adorn with thick metal armor pieces that are for not only protection, but offense as well.
His skin is closer to being pale, but a grey color rather than white. His hair is a blinding light blonde that flows back behind his ears and down his neck and back, following his spine till it ends as a horse's mane should.
Character age: 19
Skills:
He is a skilled fighter in hand to hand combat. He carries on himself at almost all times a set of bladed tonfas that are slightly longer than his arms from tip of blade to sharp tang. He is skilled at armor making and has made his own armor out of fierce alligators that plagued a river down the mountain from his home village.
Description:
Kritous comes from a warrior village of ancient centaurs that follow the example of Cheiron by choosing to be protectors of good centaurs and punishers of centaurs who embrace evil ways. The village is located high up in a far away mountain which has made Kritous used to cold. His father and mother are great warriors and he hopes to be able to go back to his village and visit them again and show them that he has grown into a great warrior. Until then, he has traveled to learn many skills and meet other centaurs, in his quest to become great, find love, and defend good.
I'd just like to add that I've been in a few RPs and I've played RPG programs, but never have I mixed the two, this should be interesting but I might need some help getting the swing of things. Very happy to be here.
